Everlasting Garden Hose
It may be an expensive garden hose, but I'm drawn to this brand's approach to everyday objects and rituals. They care about design and making things that last.
The hose looks good (three colors and lengths), with a matte finish that gets better with use (I've had mine for a year). The brass nozzle is beautiful. Functionally, it's been great—no kinks or cracks so far, and they offer a lifetime warranty.
If you're in Portland, the Hoppe Shoppe carries them. It's pricey, but it feels more sustainable than replacing multiple cheap hoses.
Their outdoor faucet and wood-burning hot tub are on my wishlist.
